If to day was your last day?

       There is a song called If today was your last day by Nickelback.  In one of the sentence the guy sang," If today was your last day and tomorrow was to late? Would you say goodbye to yesterday?" That made me ask myself that same question. If to day was my last day and tomorrow was to late I would try to make every moment special and fun so that I can remember for ever. The other question would would I say goodbye to yesterday, I think that I would never say goodbye to yesterday because how about if something really nice happened to you, wouldn't you like to save that same day in your memories? Why don't you ask yourself the same question I ask myself and think about what would you do?

My #1 Movie

     My #1 movie is A Walk To Remember. Its my number one movie because of how they show that the love between the two main characters( would have never guessed that I would actual see this movie), I also like that there is all of these reasons that the two main characters can't be together for ever like they planned. But the sad thing is that one of the main character has cancer, at the end of the movie I started to cry, because the main character that had cancer died and because the other main character remembered something that the girl told him, "Love is like the wind you can feel it, but you can't see it." 

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT(NOT)

      

                  I DO NOT believe in LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT. I think that is stupid that two people look at each other and that innocently they are meet to be, that is just not possible. I think that this is not realistic , this type of stuff only happens in books and movies. I would never believe in this because I think that LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT is just not possible, so people just need to get real and face the fact that there not in love there just blinded by love. This has never happened to me, I also don't know anyone that got LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.

WATER LIFE

  There are 3 things that I learned about water and they are: 

        1. 70% of the EARTH is covered by water 

        2. 2.5% of the EARTH's water is FRESH 

        3. BACTERIA  POLLUTES our water 

  I think that the game Water Life was a good game. I liked it because it was showing me what was going wrong about the ocean and the other bodies of water. It was also trying to show me what was happening to the animals that live in those bodies of water. I think that the designer of the game should have made the game longer because at first  didn't want to play, but then at the end of the game I wanted to keep on going, even those I wasn't really helping the planet because I was on a computer put it made me feel good about helping the planet. 

HIV/AIDS Game- What would I do?

    The game is about how some kids don't always pick the best decision about having sex or not having sex. 

    One of the chooses that I did was not go to the party, the result to that was that I went to my friends house, and he wanted to have sex with my character, and the result to that was that my character said no. Another of the chooses that I made was that my character said no when her friend wanted to have sex with out a condom. 

     A game like this is important because it helps other kids realize that they should real think about have sex. They would start think more about sex and ask questions if they want to have sex and what would be the consequent about having sex.

Bella and Edward in an ABUSIVE Relationship?????

      

 Are Bella and Edward in an abusive relationship? 

 I think that they are, now that I think about it he does run her life for her. Telling her what to do and who to see, and where to go. 

       I went to go see New Moon with my class and the movie was pretty funny, I think that at the end they should all just die, that would be a good ending, I think. I also read the book, it was much better then the movie, it had a lot of more details.

 Alien: Its big and green, it looks like there's trees all over the place. 

 Alien again: You humans seem like you're very angry with each-other. I watched people walk  down the street and most people didn't even look at each-other! Why is that? 

Me: We humans as you call us don't look at each other because we do not all know each other as friends or anything else. 

Me again: What's it like on your planet when you walk around? 

 Alien: Well we all know each other for one thing. If we see someone walking and we pass them, we always end up talking with each other. 

 Alien again: Why does your home country go to war with other countries? 

Me: Because there are some countries that the president thinks are making nuclear weapons. 

 Alien: It seems to me that what you call marshmallows are the best thing to eat on your planet. Why do you not eat these every day? 

Me: We do not eat marshmallows every day because some of us do not like eating that, and the ones that do like it eat it sometimes because they do not like get

ting fat. 

Me again: What do you eat on your planet? 

 Alien: We drink pee and eat caca every day.  

 Alien again: It seems to me that you do not treat earth very well. I see people throwing their trash on the ground, cutting down forests, and burning dirty coal to make electricity. Why do humans not care about earth? Is anyone doing anything about it? 

Me: Some people do care about the earth, but others don't.

      

Easier to Destroy

A) I think it means that it is quicker to destroy and it's harder to repair. 

B) I have seen this happen in my school. 

C) It is important to fight against this because then kids and other people would stop destroying the things that people worked hard to make for them.

Planet Earth Exposed Part 1

A) The environment that is shown on the video is clod and wet. The environment is in the ocean. There are plants in the ocean, but they didn't show them at all. The animals that live there are THE GREAT WHITE and the SEALS.
B)The ocean is different then New York because in the ocean you can see all types of different animals and in New York you can't see any animals at all. For example in the ocean you can see seals,sharks,whales, and so on, but in New York you can't see none of those animals.
A) The environment that was shown in this video was also wet, but to me it looked slimy.
B) This ocean is different because it showed some animals that where in there like starfish,these little red ball things, and a big starfish. These things are also not in New York.

B) The environment is the forest is different from New York because in New York we have the 4 seasons and its always cold, hot, rainy, and cloudy, but in the forest its al way hot and some other things that they have.
C) The environment that I was most interested was the forest. It was the forest because the video showed lots of different birds that I would like to see. I would like to travel there because I would like to see other animals that live there, but the bad thing is that there are to many insects that I wouldn't want to see.

Robots PArt 2: The Turning Test

The one that I thought took the turning point was Splotchy. I think this because he was more talkative then the other robot. He was funny and mean at time's, but hay he is just a robot that doesn't really know what's it saying.
One of the questions that I asked was: Why are you sad?: I asked this question because the robot put a sad face and sad it was depressed. Another question that I asked was: Do you know that your a robot?: I asked this question because i wanted to know if the robot knew that it was a robot.
I think its hard to make a robot as a turning point because the people that make the robot are trying to very hard on putting something that a human would ask or say back to a person.

Becoming a 3rd World Farmer

Life as a 3rd world farmer was really hard. Having kids, and them dieing, and all of those sicknesses that go around, also losing money, but life as a 3rd world farmer was all that bad, there where good times, like when you gained alot of money and all of that, good thing happened, like having a good season's of crops.
My strategy was to only sell corn and that gave alot of money, but then I started buying other things. Like pig, chicken, elephant, and cow.

Danger of Sexting

No. The reason I said no is because I think that's nasty, also because I think thats not respecting yourself, and because I don't want to go to jail. I think that that's not respecting yourself, that is showing that you don't care about yourself, and that you don't care that someone is looking at those pictures that you send that person. I also think thats wrong because you can go to jail like that. I don't want to go to jail and have that record, colleges would look at that and say that your no good for the school. Those are my reasons for saying no.NO

Sneakers Part 4

This is my sneaker for the sneakers part 4. The reason that I made the sneaker this way was because I liked the color and I thought that they would match well together, and they did. I add my drawing of an ice-cream cone, I added this because I wanted the sneaker to have something that was from me, also because i thought that instead of putting my name I put a signiter of the ice-cream cone to be come my name.

Report Cards

So the other day it was Parent Teacher Day. I was not nervous because I knew that I would get good grades. The thing is I hate translating for all most every teacher. You see my parents only speak Spanish and my sister and I are the only ones that speak English. Well I had a really good report card, I got 85 up to 98 in my classes, my average was 92.8. I was happy with that grade and so was my mother (the only one that came to the Parent Teacher Day.

Great Week Ever

On Saturday I went to the Queens Center Mall . I went with my aunt and her daughter and son, also with my sister and my mother. I bought a lot f new stuff. I was mad at my mother because she wouldn't buy me a shirt that had twilight on it with Robert Pattinson face on it, I was so mad at her for that. But any ways I got some good news from my mother, my grandparents are coming back to New York on Friday. I am so happy about that news because know I can go to m/y grandparents house. They went to D.R. and now there coming back. That the great week that I had.

The Break-In Boyfriend Story

                The first choice I picked was C)Just ask her. Her reaction will say it all. Because if you ask her instead of accusing her then it will be handled better. 

                One thing that people would do that they won't do in person is to break up with someone.  

                 Privacy is very important to me. If I did have a myspace then I would never tell anyone about my password, I would only tell my sister. I don't like taking pictures so I guess that no one can see me in pictures.  

Bad Day

Want to hear something funny, on Monday I came to school. I know it sounds dum, but it was not my fault my mother made me come. I told her to let me stay at home, but she never listens to me. So I came to school to find out that it was closed I had to call my mother and tell her that the school was closed, guess what she told me to go to my godmothers house. She lives about 5 blocks away. I was so mad at my mother that I wanted to punch her. But you no what at the end it was kind of funny.

The choose that I picked was C: Just talk t him and find out what's going on. I picked this choose because I think that the girlfriend should not start jumping into conclusion's. Technology has helped my friendship because the more I chat to my friend's online the more closer we become. Technology never hurt me because I never text anyone on my cellphone before. If I could add a another choose it would have been to dump the girl. I would have add this because you don't went someone texting you 24/7. Never had this happen to me and I am hoping not to. I think that having a boyfriend texting you 24/7 that you would be out of it because if they ask you the same question over and over again is really annoying. I mean dump the person if they are getting on your last nerves.

De Beers make sure that diamonds are not around by buying all of the diamonds from all around the world. De Beers make us think that diamonds are worth a lot of money and that it looks cool for people to buy. Magazines support De Beer's message by putting pictures of different diamonds on the pages that people read. Advertisements support De Beer's message because they show diamonds on t.v. commercial . Movies, songs, and music videos support De Beer's message by selling diamonds to people that are famous so that they can wear it to there music videos, and they also sell it to people in the movie business. I think that these famous people don't know what there doing and what there supporting, I also think that when people find out about this there going to change there minds about every thing.

Beyonce thinks that guys never appreciates what a woman does for a man. I don't know if I agree or not because I don't know whats that like. Robots Part 1

The difference about humanoids and androids is that the humanoids have no facial expiration. If they wanted to smile they can, but you can't really know if there are. The androids are different because you can tell there emotion by there face. You can tell if there sad, mad, or even happy.
The uncanny valley is when an robot looks to close to a human. If they look to close to an human then in the graph they drop down to the uncanny valley.
One thing that the robots would never posses is having kids. They can have a job, but it would be hard for them. They can't also posses is how humans feel on the inside.

Instruction Manual for Life

The video is about a boy and the problems that he has because of this cupboard. The problem was that he saw different types of cupboards and that he told his parents that they did it wrong so then he changed his cupboard and his parents punished him.
I agree with the massage because people should go there own ways and not go by a book. I f you want to do something different then do it, don't go and ask someone what you should do just go a head and do it. Thats way I agree with the massage that this person has.
